Inherent Grounding

What and where is the grounding when the external rooting isn't there?

When physical grounding isn't available.

When intellectual grounding isn't available.

When social grounding isn't available.

When spiritual grounding isn't available.

When eating and drinking and numbing out with content no longer put relative grounds on groundlessness.

What is self-worth when there is no predictability in the external experience to model comparative achievement, and change happens quicker than the mind can conjure a sense of security?

The answer that came through me in meditation today was the experience of inherent grounding in the vast nothingness (expansiveness) of being. Inherent grounding. The unconditional. And that is the realm of enough-ness, of I am that which is, enough.
